Why Cetop Directional Control and Module Valves?
Directional control valves are one of the most important elements of hydraulic and pneumatic machinery. Directional control valves allow fluid to flow into different paths from single or multiple sources. They are often made up of a spool inside a mechanically or electrically controlled cylinder. The movement of the spool checks or permits movement, thus controlling fluid flow.
Hydraulic Valves
Hydraulic systems habitually use directional control valves, pressure relief valves and pilot operated check valves when actuators or hydraulic motors are operated.
Hydraulic system components such as Cetop valves are employed in forming hydraulic circuits. The advantage of an interchangeable series of valves is they are commonplace throughout the world and can be added to or replaced by most valve manufacturers.
Yuken offer the Cetop3 NG6 and Cetop5 NG10 sizes, in addition to a range of directional control valve manifolds.
Hydraulic systems comprising:
- Solenoid Directional Control Valves, which have a four-landed control spool. This is where solenoid coils move the position of the spool so as to alter the direction of hydraulic oil flow.
- Pressure Relief Valves, modular valves which are sandwiched in-between solenoid valves. These hydraulic pressure relief valves open to check the pressure in the control line.
- Flow Control Valves, attuned in order to regulate the flow through these valve modules. They can be designed to control flow in either direction through the use of a seal plate sandwiched into the valve.
- Pilot operated check valve, containing pressure in the service ports is a common prerequisite in order to prevent hydraulic cylinders from movement.
This range of valves can be fitted with the utmost confidence, as all are capable of flow rates of 60 litres/minute and are rated to a pressure of 320 bar. Strictly adhering to ISO4401-03-02-0-94 and DIN 240 340-A6.
Yuken also offer a full system design service, and access to a huge range of control valves, making use of state-of-the-art hydraulic circuit design software; HyDraw V600 from VEST Inc. we can offer you a professional and innovative design solution.
